I suggest you call many lenders in the area you will be buying real estate (Medford, Applegate, Grants Pass etc) until you fnd one that works well with your personality. Remember that lowest price in most cases represents the lowest level of service. It seems much more important to me to work with someone you like and trust. Just my opion based on experience.
